Start with a real task
Choose a task your team already performs and identify how AI might assist. Learning becomes easier to apply when participants can connect a technique to work they recognise.
Teach review as well as creation
People need to know how to assess relevance, factual accuracy, privacy and quality. A polished output still needs an informed reviewer before it becomes part of a business decision or customer communication.
Create room to practise
Build short practice sessions around appropriate examples. Ask people to explain what they changed, what worked and where they still needed their own judgment.
Make the workflow easy to repeat
Capture useful steps and review criteria in a short working guide. Keep it adaptable so the team can improve it as tasks, tools and requirements change.
Check what changed after training
Look for evidence that the learning was applied: a task completed more consistently, fewer avoidable revisions or better understanding of when AI is appropriate. Use those observations to choose the next learning priority.
